$100 per school; all schools make checks payable to: GHS Athletics

Entries
Must be confirmed via msmilesplit.com by midnight Wednesday April 16, 2014. Upon packet pick up you will have the ability to make substitutions and scratches only. NO ADDITIONS. This causes many issues in our Meet Manager Program.

Entry Deadline
All Entries are due via msmilesplit on Wednesday April 16, 2014.

Entry Restrictions
2 entries per field event; up to 2 entries for the 3200 meter run and the 1600 meter run; 2 entry per sprint and relay (NO EXCEPTIONS)

Meet Packets
Will be available when you arrive to Germantown

Warm Ups
Will be allowed on the track and in the field areas starting at 1:00pm. Football Practice Field will be open as well. Throwing is NOT ALLOWED on Football Fields

Team Areas
All teams will set up their OWN team area on the VISITORS SIDE of the stadium (east side bleachers). Spectators will seat in the HOME SIDE of the stadium (west side bleachers)

Safety
Headphones are only allowed during warm ups ONLY Failure to comply will be subject to disqualification.

Check In
Runners must Check-In when called by the announcer. Field Event athletes will check in at the their event site and receive their ribbons at the end of each event.

Admission
$5 for each spectator (MUST seat in the home side bleachers)

Results
Results will be called over the PA during the meet and posted near the scores table.

Top 2 Boys and Girls Teams will receive trophies.

Spikes, Marks & Blocks To protect our track we are requesting spikes only; NO TAPE will be allowed on the track mark starting points for relays. Spot markers will be provided if needed. You are STRONGLY encouraged to bring your own blocks. We have some for back up purposes only.

Minimum Marks & Attempts
1st fair throw or jump will be marked. All subsequent attempts must meet minimum marks for measurement:

Boys Girls
Pole Vault 90 70
High Jump 54 44

For throwing events each participate is allowed a MAXIMUM of 4 throws; this applies for Long Jump and Triple Jump as well; for vertical jumps each participate will be allowed to clear each progressing height 3 times, if the participate doesnt reach the current mark the last previous successful attempt will be recorded.

Concessions
Will be provided at the Baseball Complex behind the visiting bleachers, or inside the venue. Each school is allowed one cooler

Coaches
Two (2) coaches from each team will be asked to assist with a field event for the meet to expedite the process. Field events are staffed with three (3) coaches; 1 recorder; 2 measurers; we have found this to be the most proficient.
