Another week of Mississippi cross country is in the books, so we're back to highlight more athletes through the Most Improved Series! Each week, we'll spotlight one meet and highlight athletes who made the biggest jumps compared to their performances at the same meet last year.

This week, we're featuring the Saltillo Invitational.

With an improvement of over six minutes, Andy Speed from Oxford High School was the most improved athlete from the Saltillo Invitational. His time of 23:37 was a new personal best and a huge jump from his performance last year.
