This week, we are highlighting the most improved 400m dash runners in the state. Taking the returner rankings from last season and comparing them to this year's rankings, we can look at just how much athletes have improved. 

Compared to 2024, Christian Nix from West Lauderdale High School was the most improved 400m runner. He dropped 21.97 seconds and currently holds a personal best of 1:03.57.
