One of the best ways to measure if your training is paying off is to compare last year's results to this year's. To glimpse each athlete's progression, we will calculate which runners improved the most from year to year in different meets. This week, we will be comparing the 2023 and 2024 Saltillo Invitational and looking at who has improved the most over the last year in both the boy's and girl's races!
