No way No how it is too cold for track in Mississippi
All three meets scheduled for this weekend have canceled due to the cold weather. The meets at Clinton, Pearl, and Southaven were canceled due to the extreme cold weather. Now that is extreme cold for Mississippi. I am sure some of our more northern states are kind of laughing about what we think is extreme cold but that is too dang bad. This is Mississippi, not Pennsylvania and we are not used to this so Monday will be the first meet-up on our calendar.
Mississippi MileSplit will be at Meridian on Monday, Starkville on Tuesday, Pearl on Thursday, Oxford on Friday, and Madison County on Saturday.
