Only four of the six teams had cross country times last year so this is only a top four. Heading into the season Madison Ridgeland girls have the top spot edging out Presbyterian Christian by six points. The only thing that gives MRA the edge is the second and third places by their top runners.


Jackson Preparatory just does not have the strength beyond Julia Stradinger to rank higher. Jackson Academy is really struggling especially after their number one returning runner transferred and is not competing in the MAIS this season
