Lina May, Vancleave has the number two time in the state this year and should win the race. But the team race is will be the Ocean Springs girls powerhouse leading the way. With four girls running consistenly under 20 minutes and two more right on the edge the team championship should be easy for the Ocean Spring girls. The top four for Ocean Springs are Sadie Smith, Isabelle Wheeler, Amber Koch and Andrea Wheeler. The Long Beach team will not be attending the meet this weekend. They are taking the week off to prepare for the MC Watson Ford meet at Choctaw Trails the next weekend.
