There were more changes in best times for the year than I thought from this weekend. Two runners in the top ten and a total of nine in the top twenty five improve their times. So with hopefully cooler days ahead we will see more of the top runners moving on. Hayden Shows, Petal (cover) did not improve but he beat two guys ahead of him on the list at Clinton.
Clayton Fulgham, East Union ran against Dylan Allen, Mooreville and dropped his time to 16:38.99. Cole Benoit, Pearl River won the Bearcat Invitational running 16:47.78 to set his best time for the season.
