If you join as a member of MileSplit Insider you can do a lot of things to get ready for Cross Country 207.
First you go Ranking and click on XC Lists.
At the top of the page go to the pulldown Grade and select Returners to get this. Make sure the Year says 2016 for last years times.
Now click on one of the left hand headers like 5K and the fun begins for a preview of the season. Note at the bottom you can click on next to see more athletes and their times from 2016.
