Who ranks at the top?

In my opinion it is a toss up between a number of athletes. I like Giacomo Deluca, George County, Aden Maddox, Pearl, Chris Gates, Pearl and Lake Spradling, Starkville. But if I had to choose one it would be Giacomo Deluca because of his overall running in track and cross country.
