About Me
First Started racing while in New Zealand with a harrier club. Joined Cross Country in the 9th grade at York High School, Va. Moved to Alabama in 1966 ran for Sydney Lanier until graduation in 1968. All State in Cross Country and Track. We were State Champions in the mile relay (4X400) my senior year. Ran for Livingston Univerisity (now UWA) for three years until I joined the Air Force.

Master of Arts in Teaching Biology University of West Alabama 2005
High School Track and CC Coach.
Retired Air Force Major
