Meet Format: Schools may enter one athletes per laned event, two athletes per non-laned event (800, 1600, 3200), and one relay ream.
Heats and flights will be seeded best to worst according to marks submitted. Athletes with no mark will be seeded last. Please submit accurate marks to ensure the best possible competition.
All track events will be finals with sections against time.
In the throws and horizontal jumps, each athlete will be given four (4) attempts.
Meet will be scored 6-4-3-2-1 and 6-4-2 for relays.

Awards: Ribbons will be awarded to 1-4 place finishers.
T-shirts will be awarded to all first place finishers.
