Meet Information
We are excited and honored to host this 9/11 XC Memorial Meet at Northwest Rankin!! We ask your help in making this meet a success in acknowledging that unforgettable day 20 years ago.
We want to honor and recognize past and present FIRST RESPONDERS and VETERANS with an HONOR WALK at 8:40. The walk will be about 300 yards. When they cross the finish line, they will be given a lapel pin to commemorate 9-11. We ask that you line your athletes up along the finish line to cheer and clap these special individuals along their HONOR WALK.
Coaches please tell your people that there is a $5 per car fee. CASH ONLY!!!

There will be 3 entrances into Northwest Rankin High School and our XC Course. There will be 2 off of Vine Drive, the entrance into the old middle school and at the 4 way stop. The third entrance will be off of Lakeland at the Northwest Rankin HS traffic light. Coaches, ALL busses MUST enter at the Old Middle School entrance.

9:45 Varsity Boys 5K
10:30 Junior High Girls 3000
11:00 Junior High Boys 3000
T-Shirt awards to top 10 finishers in each race
Entry Fees should be made out to Northwest Rankin
