MSTrack: Why did you choose Ole Miss?:
Alexis: I chose Ole Miss because I could adjust to the environment in just a short amount of time, also because they have the great athletic facilities. They have tutor classes for the athletes just in case they get behind, or need extra help. I like the fact that teachers/ assistants take time out and make sure that students get one on one help when they need it.
MSTrack: What are you going to study:
Alexis: When I attend University of Mississippi I would love to study Pre- Medicine or just an occupation in the medical field.
MSTrack: Tell us a little about your high school activities.
Alexis: I attend Pisgah High School where I have a 3.2 GPA. My ACT is a 15 but I plan to take it again in the future.
MSTrack: Any other sports/activities/Honors:
Alexis: I play Softball, Basketball, and am a member of S.A.D.D, the Show Choir, and FCA( Fellow Christian Athletes). Ilive in Sandhill, Mississippi and attend Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church, where I am a member of the youth group.
MSTrack: What are your track goals for this year?
Alexis: I would love for my time on the 100 meter dash to reach 11.88 seconds, the 200 meter dash to reach 24.75 seconds, and the 400 meter dash to reach 57.82.
