East Rankin Academy continued their dominance in Junior High Boy's competition, with Jon Riemann and Zack Price leading the way for the Junior Patriots to a 57-point victory. The pair were 0.4 seconds apart.

Speaking of close battles within the team, that was also the story in the Junior High Girls race as Park Place Christian's Lena Cole and Hannah Loden were within half a second of each other, with Cole taking the victory in 13:41.5. However, it was an East Rankin sweep as they won a tiebreaker between St. Augustine

The Frost sisters, Alyssa Frost and Kaylie Frost, went 1-2 in the Homeschool Girls 5K and led the Hattiesburg Forerunners to the team win.

The Hattiesburg Forerunners showed their depth as they won the Homeschool Boys 5K without their top two runners, taking the victory with 19 points over Jackson Victors' 51 points. Forerunner Noah Moudy took the individual title.
