The Rundown:

For the High School Boy's teams, the very talented team from Louisiana, Ruston High School, is the top contender for the title alongside American Christian Academy from Alabama.

Ruston's top five have gone under 17 minutes for the 5K, and we have also heard rumors of a fast 3200m time trial that included their scoring five under 10 minutes.

However, Madison Central and Ocean Springs will be battling for a podium finish from the Mississippi schools. It is up for grabs at the moment, and it likely will come down to which team can have the smallest spread in a race with many athletes.
