This Weekend recap is perhaps one of the biggest and most exciting recaps yet! Most of our attention is going to the HUGE out-of-state meet at the Jesse Owens Classic, where our Mississippi athletes showed up and showed out! On Saturday morning, I put one of my favorite slogans on the MileSplit Twitter page, which was "Put Mississippi On The Map" - I think the Mississippi athletes saw that and took it personally, as I could have never anticipated how well everyone did on Saturday.
Outside of Jesse Owens, we also had some good in-state meets in South Pontotoc and Ocean Springs and some headline performances. So, without further ado, let's hop right in!
