Morgan Claire Rose, Kirk Academy beat out Brooklyn Biancamano, Long Beach High to become the girls distance runner of the decade. Morgan's impressive 15 individual State Track Championships gave her the push in the voting. A total of over four thousand votes were cast to determine the championship. Morgan Claire will now represent the girls distance runners in the over girls athlete of the decade.
