MHSAA Class 5A Boys State Meet Records

The oldest record on the books for Class 5A boys is Willie Hudson, Noxubee High with his 47.54 400 meters in 1980. Most memorable for me in the 16'3" vault by Sam Kendrick, Oxford High in 2011. Also, Ricky Robertson, Hernando High with his 7'2" high jump in 2008. Both of these men went on to Olympic and World Track careers.
