The racing as usual will be hot and fast at George County High School. This course is not an easy one with some steep hills and some long gradual hills. Time can be fast but being the first meet for some schools not as fast as they will be later on in the season. Some schools are entering everyone but a few are taking their varsity to places like Mississippi College on Saturday.
Mason Watkins, Picayune George County Trail Run 2018
Mason Watkins, Picayune is entered here but also at the Mobile Meet of Champions on Saturday. Will he actually run hard or just use this as a pace run to get ready for Mobile. The same goes for Brooklyn Biancamano, Long Beach this meet will be used as a tempo run for her race at Mobile. Biloxi is taking their team to Mississippi along with Ocean Springs who will have teams in both MC and here.
But the racing is always good here with some surprises bound to happen.
