Pinter Sisters Blogging on the Run

This weekend’s Last Chance Invitational was a great way to end my indoor track season. I was pleased with my 2-mile time. (It was technically my first 2 mile of my varsity career of indoor!) I am also extremely thankful that I didn’t miss my heat of the 2-mile (along with the rest of my team). We got stuck in traffic for 45 minutes because there was some guy that pulled his tooth and then wrecked his car (really, it was on the news that night in Alabama, talk about weird things….ugh.) Why do people do stuff like that anyway, if my tooth hurt I think I would find a dentist, not decide to check it out while driving on the interstate, but anyway... my warmup was literally the run from the bus to the indoor track but I guess it was enough. I also ran the 1-mile which went okay but I tried best and you can’t PR every time you run a race. I had a great time bonding with my team this weekend and pray for many more just like it.
