Entries: All entries will be done through the Direct Athletics website. Entries are due by Wednesday, September 15th by NOON. No exceptions. Entries are unlimited in number in each race. The Junior High division is only for athletes in the 7th and 8th grades. This is a Junior High race not a Junior Varsity Race. All Jr. Varsity runners are allowed to run in the Varsity race since there is no entry limit per team. All entries are done through Direct Athletics website:

Entry Fee: $50.00 per team (Men and Women are separate) $100.00 for both genders. $10.00 per individual for those teams with less than 5 people entered.

Parking: There will be a $5 parking fee for all non-team vehicles.

Directions to the Course: Coming from the east on Hwy 12 take a left onto South Montgomery or a right on South Montgomery coming from the west on Hwy 12. Proceed 3.5 miles and take a left on Poor House Road. Go 0.8 mile to the Mississippi Horse Park/Agri-Center on the left side of the road. Parking will be on the left just past the Horse Park. Signs will be at the intersection of Hwy 12 and South Montgomery as well as at the intersection of Montgomery and Poor House Road.

Awards: Awards will be given to the top 10 individuals of each race. There will also be an award for the Team Champions of the College and Varsity High School Divisions.

Starting Box Assignments: At packet pick-up each team will have been assigned to a starting box that will be painted on the starting line. Please make sure your athletes know which box to line up in at the starting line. Box assignments will be the same for each school in each race.

Team Set-up Area: There will be a designated area where teams can set up tarps, tents, chairs, etc. We have a new starting area/finishing area this year that will be more easily accessible from the parking area.

Handicap Accessibility: If you have anyone that is going to need assistance getting from the parking area down to the start/finish area, please contact us in advance, so we can make arrangements to assist in aiding anyone that would require assistance. We will have a couple of golf carts available to aid anyone who may need assistance.
