2018 Region 4-3A Track and Field Meet
Date: Saturday, April 21, 2018
Site: Tylertown High School Track andField Facility
Gates will open at 9:45 a.m. Bus parking is located at the top of the track near the factory plant.
Coaches meeting: 10:30a.m.
Implement weigh-in: 10:15 - 10:50 a.m.
COACHES MUST BRING THE FOLLOWING
1. MHSAA TEAM ROSTER (including all possible relay members) Fax to 601-222-1842 or email to earnestined@wcsd.k12.ms.us by noon, April 19.
2. PAYMENT CHECK or P.O. FOR $10 PER ATHLETE (payable toTylertown High School Athletics)
3. RELAY CONFIRMATION SHEET (due by the end of the meetw/the actual team members who competed on it)
4. POLE VAULT CONFIRMATION SHEET (vaulters will not beable to compete without it)
11:30 a.m: 4 X 800 Relays
3200 M Run will begin after completion of Boys 4x800 Relay.

ATHLETES ARE LIMITED TO FOUR EVENTS!!! EVENTS THAT AN ATHLETE QUALIFIES FOR IN THE REGION MEET COUNTS TOWARD THAT ATHLETES FOUR EVENTS, IF THEY COMPETE IN THAT EVENT OR NOT!!!
FIELD EVENTS - 11:15 a.m. All Participants willreceive sixtotal attempts in the long jump, triple jump, shot and discus.Pleasedesignate on coach to help work a field event. If you are assigned a fieldevent, please report to the event site by 11:00 AM. THANK YOU!!

High Jump: Tylertown/Port Gibson
Long Jump/ Triple Jump (Girls): Columbia/Magee
Long Jump/ Triple Jump (Boys): Mr. Webb/Jefferson County
Discus: Wesson/Franklin County
Shot Put: Jefferson Davis/Hazlehurst
Pole Vault: Tylertown/Wilkinson
