DATE: September 12th 2015
SITE: Okatibbee Lake Dam, East Bank Area, Collinsville, MS (10 miles North of Meridian, MS off Hwy 19N)
Order of Events:
7:30AM Coaches meeting
8:00 AM Varsity BOYS 5K (Limit of 10 entries)
8:30 AM Varsity GIRLS 5K (Limit of 10 entries)
9:00 AM Jr. Varsity Boys & GIRLS (5K) (Unlimited entries)
10:00 AM Jr. High 2 Mile BOYS & GIRLS (Unlimited entries)
10:30 AM Awards
Cost is $120.00 per school TOTAL (Regardless of number of entries or divisions entered)
Separate Small school awards/Large school awards will be considered depending on number of entries received for varsity division ONLY
Cool designed Okatibbee Classic T-shirts for sale for $15
Divisions: VARSITY 1st - 10th Place Individual awards (T-shirts) + 1st & 2nd Place team TROPHY
Jr VARSITY & Jr high 1st - 3rd Place awards (T-shirts) NO TEAM AWARDS
Jr High entries must be 7th or 8th graders ONLY!

REGISTRATION:
1. Check in at the packet pick-up upon arrival (30 minutes prior to race) East Bank pavilion on top of hill
2. Team packet includes: Pins, & Numbers
DO NOT PIN THE TEAR AWAY PORTION TO THE JERSEY!
DO NOT WEAR A NUMBER NOT ASSIGNED TO YOUR NAME/SCHOOL!
COURSE DESCRIPTION:
Course is mostly grass (one 4' pavement crossing). Spikes may be used if desired. Views of the Okatibbee Reservoir along the run. Pavilion area at the East Bank Park used for registration and awards.
First aid tent will be on site, and medical EMT following each race.
Four wheeler will lead each race
Rest rooms with running water (no porta johns) and two playgrounds are available for use!
CLEAN UP: Please keep the site clean by placing all trash in bags or cans!

Up to 10 entries per school for boys and girls varsity 5K divisions
Unlimited Jr. varsity and Jr. high entries
All above entries will be issued competitor numbers which MUST be worn during the race or runner will be disqualified!

This entry form and complete roster MUST be received no later than Sept. 8th, 2015.
