8:00-8:45 Check-in and Course Walk Through
8:45 Coaches Meeting at Start Line
9:00 Varsity Girls (5K)
9:45 Varsity Boys (5K)
10:30 JH Girls (2 mile)
11:00 JH Boys (2 mile)
11:30 Awards
Individual Awards
Top 20 in each varsity race gets a race t-shirt
Top 10 in junior high race gets a t-shirt
Team Awards
Top team overall in varsity races will receive a trophy
Fees
$40 per team (varsity/junior high are separate teams as well as boys/girls) ($120 school max)
$10 per individual runner if not a full team
$5 Parking Fee for non-bus vehicles (Please inform parents)
Concession stand will be available (located in gymnasium)
Notes
Make all checks payable to New Site HS and pay on race day.
Fax or email rosters no later than Monday, October 13.
