What: The Jackson Public Schools will be hosting the 2018 Cross Country Challenge Series this fall. The series consist of 8 cross country meets to determine the BEST Jackson Public Schools Cross Country Teams and Athletes of 2018. All these meets are open to all schools outside the JPS. Only JPS results will be used to determine series BEST!

Awards: Medals to the Top 3 Boys and Girls in each race Medals to the Top 3 JPS Boys and Girls in each
race.
Ribbons to 4th through 10th Place Boys and Girls in each race. Team Trophies in each race in the JPS Invitational,
Team Trophies to the winning JPS Teams in the JPS Championship Meet
Certificates to the Top 14 Boys and Girls All JPS Cross Country Challenge Series Team
at the end of the season.
Team Participation: Schools must request and receive consent to participate in a meet since the number of teams are limited for each competition. To request to participate in a meet(s) e-mail pearlxc@bellsouth.net. Teams that show up without requesting and receiving consent to participate will not be allowed to compete!
Entries: Unlimited entries! Schools will enter athletes only one time for the entire series on-line at ms.milesplit.com! Go to the October 18 JPS Meet to enter teams and athletes for all meets. Additional athletes may be added any time!
Entry Fees: $40.00 for either a Boys or Girls Team or $75.00 per School (Boys & Girls Teams)

Results: Results will be posted at the end of each meet on MS.MileSplit.com.
