What type of membership options does MileSplit offer?

  • There are three different subscriptions for MileSplit PRO. A monthly subscription that is billed monthly,a yearly subscription that is billed annually, and a universal subscription that is billed annually. These subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Please note that MileSplit PRO is not a Pay Per View (PPV) service, but rather a recurring subscription.

  • What is the difference between a yearly subscription and the universal subscription?

    The yearly subscription gives you unlimited access to all MileSplit original content, athlete profiles,interviews, rankings, and live events.

    The universal subscription gives you unlimited access to all MileSplit original content, athlete profiles, interviews, rankings, and live events plus unlimited access to every other FloSports sports websiteincluding FloTrack, FloGymnastics, FloElite, FloWrestling, FloGrappling, FloSoftball, FloVolleyball, FloBoxing, FloCheer, FloCombat and FloHoops!

  • How do I cancel my membership?

    You can cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Your account can be accessed by clicking on your account image in the top right of the home page. Within that drop down menu, you will see "Account". Within your account settings, you will be able to access the "Subscription" tab and from there you will have the ability to cancel or modify your account via the link at the bottom of the page.

    On a mobile device, you can access your account settings by tapping on the menu icon in the top left of the site, then tapping on your image at the bottom of the menu.

  • What is the refund policy?

  • What exactly am I getting for my MileSplit PRO membership?

    A MileSplit PRO membership grants you access to the best high school track & field content. Period. Our site is a stat junkies dream -- with more than 30 million performances in our database, you can see where you rank not only on the state and national level, but also out of your grade, conference and city, among others! We also offer photos & videos of hundreds of meets, cutting edge athlete profiles, and you can also compare athletes or meets, as well as create custom match-ups, which we call "virtual meets".

  • What can I do if I sign up for a yearly subscription when I meant to sign up for a monthly membership?

    If you accidentally sign up for a yearly membership instead of monthly, we can change your account to monthly billing and credit your card the difference between your first month and a full year. To make this happen, please contact MileSplit PRO support within 30-days of signup.

  • Can I share my login with anyone?

    Sorry, but sharing your login is prohibited and we reserve the right to terminate your MileSplit PRO membership without refund should you do so. Only one mobile device or computer can be used to watch live events at a time. If a viewer begins watching a live event from one device, he/she must first log out of that device before attempting to watch the same event from a different device.
