Coaches we need outdoor meets to put on the schedule. If you are hosting a meet we need it on the schedule. If it is a meet that you did last year we can clone it along with your online registration. Online registration with Milesplit is only $30.00 for the first 300 athletes and only 0.10 cents for each additional athlete. Download to your Meet Manager is easy and saves a lot of your time entering athletes. Not only that but if an athlete has a time on Milesplit it enters that for seeding purposes. If you do not have Hytek our Racetab is a free Meet Management program.
Remember that this year Milesplit is the online registration for Division meets. You only have to use it for that meet as Region and North/South State entries will be mailed to the hosts. This means that Division Meets will only cost $30.00 as most will not have over the 300 athlete minimum. Even if you host multiple Division Meets on the same day they will be charged as one meet. This leaves more money for the host team to buy awards and other expenses.
Please send your results to Mississippi Milesplit so that we can add them to our database and so that your athletes get the recognition that they deserve for their efforts. This is for any meet that you host not just Division meets. Please send the results in Hytek flat html not PDF or Racetab. We can accept Excell results but any other timing program may take a little more time to add to the data base.
We will have photographers at many of the larger meets to provide photo support for Mississippi Milesplit. They should have a Mississippi Milesplit shirt or will identify themselves as one of our photographer/videographers so that they can have access to the infield for photos.
